Everything you need to know about using Audia safely and legally

1. Introduction
Welcome to Audia, an AI-powered music streaming platform where creators upload AI-generated music and fans can listen, tip, and subscribe. By using Audia, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. User Accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Audia
- You must provide accurate information when creating your account
- You are responsible for keeping your account secure
- One person per account - no sharing accounts
3. Content & Ownership
Creators: You keep full ownership of your music but grant Audia an exclusive license to stream and distribute your tracks. This means your content should only be on Audia while it is live on our platform.
Fans: You can listen to music on Audia but cannot download, copy, or redistribute tracks outside of our platform without permission.
Content Retention: If you delete your account or a track, Audia reserves the right to keep your content on the platform for up to one year for administrative purposes.
4. Monetization
- Fans can tip creators directly - tips go to creators after payment processing fees
- Premium subscriptions support the platform and creator revenue sharing
- Creators earn based on streaming performance and direct fan support
- Payouts happen monthly through Stripe (minimum $50 balance required)
5. Prohibited Content
We do not allow hate speech, violence promotion, copyrighted material without permission, illegal content, spam, or content that violates others' privacy.
