These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ANAMIR platform, operated by Anamir, Inc. ("ANAMIR," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Introduction
ANAMIR operates a governed release and monetization infrastructure for AI-native music. These Terms define the operational framework governing your access to and participation in this infrastructure, including our website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Platform.
- Users between the ages of 13 and 18 must have parental or guardian consent.
- By creating an account, you represent that all information provided is accurate and complete.
3. Listener Access
Listeners may:
- Stream and discover music within the ANAMIR catalog.
- Create playlists, follow Creators and ANAMIR Identities, and engage with content.
- Subscribe to premium access tiers for ad-free listening and enhanced audio quality.
- Provide direct financial support to Creators through the platform's tip infrastructure.
4. ANAMIR Identities
ANAMIR Identities are governed creator personas managed by human Creators operating within the ANAMIR ecosystem. Each identity is bound to the account and authorship record of the Creator who established it. When you engage with an ANAMIR Identity — by listening, following, or providing support — you are engaging with a governed, human-operated creative entity.
All content published under any ANAMIR Identity is subject to the same authorship standards and governance requirements as any other release on the Platform.
5. Platform Standards
5.1 Content Standards
All music on the Platform is produced by human Creators using AI as part of their creative process. Unauthorized automated content, prohibited synthetic impersonation, and non-governed releases are prohibited and subject to enforcement action.
5.2 Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Engage in harassment, hate speech, or credible threats against other users
- Attempt to manipulate stream counts, engagement metrics, or discovery systems
- Violate the intellectual property rights of others
- Operate multiple accounts to circumvent platform policies
- Engage in any form of fraudulent activity
6. Subscriptions
- Subscription plans are billed monthly via Stripe.
- All fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
- Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; access continues through the end of the paid billing period.
7. Account Responsibilities
7.1 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify ANAMIR immediately of any unauthorized access.
7.2 Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Use automated systems to inflate streams, engagement, or follower counts
- Operate multiple accounts to circumvent platform restrictions
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Platform
- Transfer or sell your account to another party
8. Enforcement and Content Actions
8.1 Reporting
Inappropriate content may be reported through the platform's reporting system. Reports are reviewed by ANAMIR's Platform Integrity team.
8.2 Enforcement Actions
Violations of these Terms may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination, depending on violation type and history. ANAMIR reserves the right to take enforcement action at its discretion.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using ANAMIR, you consent to data collection and use as described in that policy.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
10.1 Service Provided As-Is
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. ANAMIR does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure access.
10.2 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ANAMIR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
11. Termination
11.1 By You
You may terminate your account at any time through your Settings page.
11.2 By ANAMIR
ANAMIR reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or for conduct materially inconsistent with the governance standards of the Platform.
11.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your access to the Platform will be revoked.
12. Modifications
ANAMIR reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Platform following notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
