ANAMIR Creator Agreement Version: ANAMIR_CREATOR_AGREEMENT_v1_1 Effective Date: May 23, 2026 --- 1. INTRODUCTION ANAMIR is infrastructure for music ownership, rights, and payouts. This agreement governs your use of the ANAMIR platform as a creator — including uploading content, creating AI Artist identities, and participating in monetization workflows. By accepting this agreement, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. --- 2. RIGHTS & OWNERSHIP You retain ownership of your creative work. ANAMIR does not claim ownership over your masters, compositions, or AI Artist identities. By uploading content to ANAMIR, you grant ANAMIR a non-exclusive, worldwide, limited platform license to host, display, stream, distribute, and promote your content for the purpose of operating, securing, and delivering the platform services. This license ends when you remove your content, except where content has already been distributed or licensed downstream. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload, distribute, and monetize everything you submit. This includes: - Original compositions and master recordings - Samples, interpolations, and derivative materials - AI-generated or AI-assisted audio and visuals - Synthetic media inputs and outputs - Voice, likeness, and identity elements used in any content - Contributions from collaborators, writers, and producers Works created on ANAMIR may include creator-directed compositions, AI-assisted creation, authorized synthetic media, and human-guided creative output. You represent that you have the authority or rights to submit all such work, regardless of how it was created. --- 3. CREATOR MODE AND PRO MODE ANAMIR operates two primary creator environments: Creator Mode Creator Mode is designed for upload, experimentation, and creative participation. Content in Creator Mode may have limited or no monetization access. Lower governance requirements apply. This is the default starting mode for all creators. PRO Mode PRO Mode unlocks monetization eligibility, payout participation, and professional release workflows. PRO Mode requires: - Completion of authorship and ownership attestations - Accurate metadata submission including ISRC where applicable - Compliance with ANAMIR's content standards and governance policies - Agreement to reporting obligations for eligible revenue streams Eligibility for PRO Mode does not guarantee monetization. ANAMIR evaluates content on an ongoing basis for compliance, fraud signals, and rights integrity. --- 4. METADATA & ATTRIBUTION You are responsible for providing accurate and complete metadata for all content you submit. This includes: - Track title, artist name, and release information - Collaborators, featured artists, writers, and producers - AI-assisted or synthetic content disclosures where required by platform policy - AI Artist identity attribution where a synthetic persona is associated with content - ISRC codes for PRO Mode eligible releases Inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading metadata may result in delayed payouts, reduced visibility, or removal from monetization eligibility. --- 5. MONETIZATION Monetization on ANAMIR is conditional, not guaranteed. Eligible creators in PRO Mode earn revenue through a pro-rata share of the platform's monthly listener activity pools, subject to deductions for platform fees and applicable reporting obligations. ANAMIR reserves the right to hold, reverse, or block payouts in the following circumstances: - Fraud or suspected fraud, including artificial streaming or invalid activity - Pending or active rights disputes - Metadata inaccuracies that affect rights or payout eligibility - Policy violations identified during compliance review - Chargebacks or financial reversals initiated by payment processors Payout holds will be communicated where possible. You may submit a dispute through the support system if you believe a hold or reversal was applied in error. --- 6. CONTENT STANDARDS All content submitted to ANAMIR must comply with applicable law and the following platform standards: - You may not upload content that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party. - You may not use ANAMIR to generate or distribute unauthorized synthetic impersonations of real individuals. - You may not use another person's voice, likeness, or identity in synthetic or AI-generated content without their explicit authorization. - You may not engage in or facilitate fraudulent streaming, artificial engagement, or deceptive manipulation of platform metrics. - You may not use AI tools on ANAMIR to generate deceptive, defamatory, or harmful content. ANAMIR may remove content that violates these standards, suspend accounts, and report violations to relevant authorities where required by law. --- 7. PLATFORM COMPLIANCE ANAMIR operates governance and compliance systems to support royalty reporting, rights integrity, and fraud prevention. For PRO Mode creators, eligible content may be included in mechanical licensing compliance workflows including but not limited to reporting to the Mechanical Licensing Collective (MLC) or equivalent bodies. You authorize ANAMIR to submit required data on your behalf for this purpose. ANAMIR maintains the right to audit content, streaming data, and payout eligibility as part of ongoing platform integrity operations. Your acceptance of this agreement is recorded as part of ANAMIR's governance and compliance systems. Acceptance records include a timestamp, version identifier, and account reference, and are retained as part of your creator compliance history. --- 8. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT ANAMIR may update this agreement from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in advance. Continued use of the platform after a new version takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. --- 9.
